My family has enjoyed Mountain high for 30 years. We have a group of skiers and borders that numbers 15 teens six little ones and 10 adults and have really been glad to buy ticket six packs in the past. It has made it possible for us all to enjoy the mountain every year. But this year the deal has changed YOU CAN NOT USE THE TICKET SIX PACK FOR MORE THAN ONE TICKET PER DAY THIS YEAR! This really ruins it for our family and we won't be able to come up this year. It is a shame that they had to make this change when the economy is so bad, and as you can see even in this ad they do not tell you that the deal is no good for groups anymore. I had to find out from the retailer when I went to buy my six pack and when I saw the fine print I decided not to buy it. I hope they will change this policy or at least start selling the discount tickets at Ralphs again, another bummer when they stopped doing that.
I agree the six pack ticket is not a deal. Their advertisements are misleading. Maked it affordable for everyone and they would have a better turn over and profit. They just took the fun out of this season.
Mt. Baldy has 10 lifts for $149.00 that's just $15.00 and no limits on how many can use it in a day.
This is called greed. they are misleading. I was going to mountain high this week-end, however I changed my mind. With this economy one expect a little more consideration.
Thanks everyone for the warning!!! I almost went out and bought the six pack today. Good thing I read your posts and thanks for doing that. Last year I thought it was great to have that discount for us local skiers. That will hurt their business for sure.
