The Boston Ski & Sports Club (BSSC) is doing alright for themselves. Not only are they preparing to hold Boston's largest ski season kickoff party—Blizzard, give away thousands of dollars in prizes and swag, and premiering the Ski Channel's latest film of ski epicness—but they've landed professional halfpipe hottie Jen Hudak as the host.
Blizzard will feature the exclusive Boston movie premiere of the Ski Channel’s “WINTER” documentary, starring Hudak and more than 20 other mountain sport athletes including Ted Ligety, Simon Dumont, Sarah Burke and even Senator Bob Dole? Man, he's come a long way since those Pepsi commercials.

"I am very proud to be a part of ‘WINTER,’” Hudak said. “The amount of work and dedication that goes into being a pro skier is highlighted by the film and is much appreciated by all skiers trying to make a mark in the world of sports."
The event will also host exhibits from Sunday River, Killington, Cannon Mountain and Sugarloaf, as well as gear manufacturers and retailers. The first 500 guests will receive lift tickets and deals from Mount Snow, Sugarbush and Mount Wachusett—so get there early.
"I'm especially excited to be back for this event in New England, where my career was born and my love of the sport was incubated," Hudak, a five-time X-Games medalist, said.
