Three Mountain Pennsylvania Ski Pass Includes Deals Elsewhere

Time is running out for substantial savings on the unlimited Three Mountain season pass for Liberty, Whitetail, and Roundtop Mountains in Pennsylvania. The passes offer deals at a number of additional resorts as well. Purchase by Oct. 31 and pay $399. After that date, the price shoots up an additional $200. The cost for additional family members is $299 when one adult pays the $399 discounted cost. Children age five and under ski or snowboard free.  

Midweek passes also are available. Seniors age 65 and older pay $199 instead of $299 if a purchase is completed by the deadline.  

Three Mountain season passes come with deals at a group of resorts called the 12 Mountains of Distinction. These are Bristol, Holiday Valley, and Windham in New York; Jiminey Peak and Wachusett in Massachusetts; Jay Peak, Mt. Sunapee, and Okemo in Vermont; Seven Springs and Shawnee elsewhere in Pennsylvania; Wintergreen in Virginia; and Crystal Mountain in Michigan. Up to 50 percent on lift tickets are offered depending on the day and resort. Stratton Mountain,Vt., and Crested Butte, Colo., also are part of the mix.    

Whitetail and Liberty  are easily accessible to the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore markets. Roundtop is close to Harrisburg, York, and Baltimore.
