Berkshire East has 42 trails, slopes, and glades, a tubing park, and six lifts, with a vertical drop of 1,180 feet off a summit elevation of 1,720 feet. The terrain includes impressively steep racing trails, and rolling intermediate family trails, with the longest run just over a mile in length. The area has full snowmaking, and is open for night skiing.

Meanwhile, Berkshire East continues a long effort of going green in its operations. Berkshire East's owners are engaged in a $2.9 million project to install a 900-kilowatt wind turbine atop the mountain. The turbine is expected to produce all the area's energy, but completion date remains dependent on planning, engineering, and securing necessary permits for construction.
