At the Tourmalet ski area, in the French Pyrenees, winter is not only for sports. It's also the time to savour a relaxing moment in from the chill of the snow and ice. For this reason, Le Tourmalet is offering two deals that give clients the best of both worlds.

The Aquaski pass, at 39€, includes a one-day ski pass to the Tourmalet ski area (Barèges and La Mongie ski resorts) plus a two-hour Aqua-Pass. The Aqua-Pass opens the doors to Aquensis, a 3000-square-meter relaxation complex dedicated to guests' well-being.

This self-billed 'City of Waters' is located at Bagnères de Bigorre, around 30 kilometres from the Tourmalet ski area. Once in the calm of Aquensis, worries melt away in the heat of the hammam, saunas, and bubbling jacuzzis. The relaxing pool wraps swimmers in soft water and lets them lay back to enjoy the easy rhythms of sub-aquatic music.

The Ski + Thermes pass, also priced at 39€, offers a day of skiing at Le Tourmalet plus a Remise en forme pass to the thermal baths of Barèges. Here, two individual balneotherapy services wait to soothe the body and spirit.

Les Thermes de Barèges is the highest thermal resort in France, at 1250 metres. The natural beauty and pure mountain air only accentuates the benefits of the thermal waters.
