English (US) (Change)Mammoth Mountain has frozen pricing on the popular MVP (Mammoth Value Pass) for the 2009-2010 winter season. Priced at $576 for adults, the MVP is valid for unlimited skiing and riding at both Mammoth and June Mountains the entire 2009-2010 season with no blackouts or restrictions. A youth pass (age 13-18) is $432; a child (age 7-12) or senior (age 65-79) pass is $288. Skiers and riders can use the pass beginning April 24 through the end of the 2008-09 season, which resort operators say could go in the month of June. MVP holders receive other benefits throughout the season including, but not limited to, discounts on lodging, private events featuring early lift access on select days and the opportunity to get discount lift tickets for friends. Only a limited quantity of passes are available to the public and these passes have sold out in previous years before the end of the pass sales period. A total of 38,000 passes are available and current MVP members are guaranteed a pass if they purchase by April 12, 2009.
