The Heavenly Pass - which gives you access to Lake Tahoe's biggest mountain (4,800 acres), highest elevation (10,067 feet), longest vertical drop (3,500 feet), and largest snowmaking and grooming operation - will be available, for renewal or purchase, at $329 for adults - a $170 savings off the retail price. Teen, child, and senior pass pricing also have been rolled back. As an extra incentive to get next year's pass before the end of this season, new buyers who purchase a 2009-10 season pass will be able to use it until Heavenly stops spinning its lifts in late April or May; also they will get full summer access to gondola sightseeing. Existing pass holders who renew their pass before the end of the current season will receive two additional $50 buddy tickets for the remainder of 2008-09 season.
