Giants Ridge Ices Down Mid-Season With New Outdoor Bar, Midweek Deals

Minnesota’s Giants Ridge is in top mid-season form, and now, so are its outdoor adult beverage offerings with the opening of its new ice bar, along with some great midweek and Sunday lodging deals.

The ice bar, carved by a category winner from the recent St. Paul Winter Carnival, opened under a tent to protect it from the sun, in time for next weekend’s annual Ice Fest on President’s Weekend. Celebrate with barbecue offerings and enjoy them around a fire pit.

Giants has also put together several packages to coax you to its slopes between now and March 14. Take advantage of its Midweek Snowdays Special. Ski two days and stay one night between Jan. 2 and March 14, starting at just $86 per person. Choose from a multitude of properties in on the deal. A normal midweek lift ticket is $39, so in effect, a room will cost you just $47.
