The Gold Century Pass offers unlimited skiing all season long and costs $499 until Oct. 29, then increases to $599. The Silver Pass, good Monday through Friday non-holidays and every night of the season, plus weekends before Christmas and after March 1, 2009, costs $279 and $379. The pass also knocks $15 off weekend/holiday tickets. The Bronze Pass, good Monday through Friday except holidays and school vacations, and every night of the season, costs $209, then $309. It also knocks $10 off weekend/holiday/vacation tickets. The Senior Gold Pass is good for unlimited skiing all season long and costs $229. The Senior Bronze Pass costs $199 and is good for skiing Monday through Friday and every night. The Weekend Pass costs $389 and is valid every weekend through the season. The Corporate Pass costs $799 and is unlimited, transferable, and includes one Mountain Suite session. A Parking Pass costs $159 for season-long day parking. The Rental Pass costs $169 for skis and $199 for snowboards and offers unlimited use of equipment all season long.

Wachusett is a terrific ski area, and I try to get there at least once every week or two during the season. The area is unique for southern New England, and only a two hour ride from my home near Mystic, Ct. I can get there when the area opens, and be home by early evening to feed the dog! As a senior, the lift ticket is quite reasonable. I enjoy the open slopes which one may find during the week, and the lodge has a variety of seating. The upstairs dining is truely excellent, a fine menu, not too pricey and a very friendly staff. I look forward to getting back into the action this season. Thank you Polar Spring!
