Northstar and Sierra-at-Tahoe are sister resorts separated by a certain Big Blue body of water. Another thing that connects the two Booth Creek Resorts properties is the always popular Double Whammy season pass options, which give skiers and boarders access to nearly 5,000 rideable acres, a dozen terrain parks, 135 miles of trails and 29 lifts, most of them of the high-speed kind. There are four categories of Double Whammy passes to fit a multitude of budgets: The Value Season Pass ($339) is valid at Northstar Sunday through Friday and daily at Sierra, excluding holiday blackout dates. The Limited Season Pass ($449 is good any day at either resort except for the typical blackout date. The College Season Pass ($249), which is for registered students aged 17-69, is good any day at Northstar, blackouts excepted, and unrestricted at Sierra. The Unlimited Season Pass ($689)
