The ski season is underway in Colorado, and Breckenridge is offering early season lift and lodging specials for those itching to get on the slopes.
Extend your stay and time on snow by booking an early season two- or three-night stay between now and Dec. 19 and receive an extra night for just one dollar.
Purchase a two-night stay at Cimmaron in Breckenridge, which starts from $205 per person, based on double occupancy, and get a third night for just a dollar. Book a three-night stay at River Mountain Lodge from $304 per person, based on double occupancy, and get a fourth night for a buck. The offer includes lodging and daily lift tickets for each person.
The offer is good early season through Dec. 18, and again from Jan. 3 to Feb. 17.
The Winter Dew Tour opens its season at Breckenridge Dec. 16-19, and this season the stakes have been elevated as the eyes of the extreme skiing and riding world focus on the resort. Breck's award-winning Freeway Terrain Park got a facelift over the summer and will feature a new 22-foot Olympic-like superpipe, which makes its debut live on NBC's coverage of the Dew Tour.
This season resort guests will be able to track their vertical feet skied per day, the number of lift rides taken, and number of days skied in a season at Breckenridge and other Vail ski resorts through EpicMix scanners that gather the information. No information collected through the program will be shared unless a guest specifically "opts in" and chooses to share.
