The deadline to buy 2010-11 season passes for Whiteface and Gore at early season rates is Nov. 18.That's right around the corner, so if you plan to buy one don't wait.
The Adult (ages 23-64) Full Season Pass, for both Whiteface and Gore, costs $825 through Nov. 18. After that, it will cost $999. The Adult (ages 23-64) Non-holiday Season Pass, again for Whiteface and Gore, is $659, then $799. The Young Adult and College (ages 13-22) Full Season Pass is $375, then $475. The Junior (ages 7-12) Season Pass is $299, then $399.
Senior skiers and riders also can save this season at Whiteface and Gore. The Senior (ages 65-69) Non-holiday Whiteface-only Pass is $409, while the Senior Non-holiday Pass for both Whiteface and Gore is $549. The Senior Full Season Pass, which includes both Whiteface and Gore, is $699. Finally, the 70+ Whiteface and Gore Season Pass is $210.
Single-day, non-holiday, adult lift tickets are $77, while single-day, holiday, adult lift tickets are $82.
The New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) was established in 1982 by the State of New York to manage the facilities used during the 1980 Olympic Winter Games at Lake Placid. ORDA operates Whiteface and Gore Mountain ski areas; the Olympic Sports Complex at Mt. Van Hoevenberg; the Olympic speedskating oval, Olympic jumping complex and Olympic arena. As host to international and national championships, the Authority has brought millions of athletes, spectator and participants to the region, resulting in significant economic development.
