Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort, Seven Springs Resort, and Wisp Resort have teamed up in a Resort Swap Program that offers each others' season passholders ski lift ticket benefits for the 2010-11 winter season.
Unlimited season passholders at Hidden Valley, Seven Springs, and Wisp will each receive one complimentary full-day lift ticket and a 50 percent discount on regularly priced lift tickets for any additional visit to either of the other two participating resorts, excluding Saturdays and holiday periods.
Here's how the Resort Swap Program works: Season passholders present a valid 2010-11 unlimited season pass at the Season Pass Office of the other resorts, and get one free lift ticket or a 50 percent discount on subsequent visits. Unlimited season passholders also receive special lodging rates Sunday through Thursday nights, excluding holiday periods and subject to availability.
New to the Resort Swap Program for winter 2010-11 is the inclusion of Off-Peak, Limited, or Midweek Passholders. These passholders receive one complimentary lift ticket on a Tuesday, non-holidays and 50 percent off each additional visit on Tuesdays, non-holiday by presenting their valid 2010-11 off-peak, limited or midweek pass.
"Last year's collaboration was a tremendous success and we are thrilled to again be part of the collaboration with Wisp and Hidden Valley," Eric Mauck, CEO of Seven Springs Mountain Resort, said. "This offer is consistent with our philosophy of creating a regional destination to help spur growth in the Laurel Highlands and mid-Atlantic region and create value for our season passholders."
The three resorts are all located within an hour's drive from each other.
"Wisp's passholders found great value in the program last year. It was so popular, even before last winter ended, we began getting questions as to whether we were continuing the program again in 2010-2011," Michael Valach, Wisp Resort's director of skier and rider services, said.
"This program provides great added value to our and our region's passholders," Scott Bender, vice-president of resort operations at Hidden Valley, said. "We recognize our season passholders are very dedicated to the sport of skiing and therefore enjoy the opportunity to ski or ride at other areas."
