The snow is falling and the lodging properties are ready for you to visit Winter Park. Book now and you could get some free lift tickets thrown in the deal.
It's called the "Ski and Ride FREE at Winter Park Resort" promotion. It's held in conjunction with the Winter Park/Fraser Valley Chamber of Commerce. Book lodging at one of their member properties throughout the Fraser Valley and you'll get one free adult lift ticket to accompany each night of lodging purchased during early season. The deal is good from opening day through Christmas Day. Winter Park opens Nov. 17.
"Guests are looking for early season deals and, while Winter Park is already known for being one of the most affordable and family friendly resorts, this promotion is packaged to get skiers and snowboarders excited for the season," said Rob Perlman, V.P. of sales and marketing at Winter Park Resort.
You'll need to book at least two nights. You'll get one free lift ticket per night booked, no matter how big the property or how many people are with you.
There is an advantage, though, when you book in advance. Add-on tickets are $55 for adults and $30 for kids. Lift ticket quantities are limited so make your plans and book early. The deal can't be combined with any other offers.
Winter Park is 67 miles from Denver. The resort recently invested more than $40 million in on-mountain improvements in the last five years. The new Village at Winter Park was completed in 2008.
