Tyrol Basin, located in the Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, has less than a month left on their season pass sale.  Purchase the pass before Nov. 1 and save 20-percent off the regular price.

An individual pass is currently $336.  Get three other friends together and go for the 3+1 Pass.  You can save even more.  The pass is currently $1176, which is $294 per person.  At least one of the four must be a new season pass holder, and one person must pay for all four in one transaction. 

A Family Pass is $1,200 until the end of the month.  It covers a family of four.  Children must be 18 and under and living at home.  Additional family members that fit the criteria may be added for $68 per person through Oct. 31. 

The Price Buster Card, a flexible debit card, is on sale through the end of the month at 30-percent off that can be used at various locations at Tyrol. The more money you put on the card, the more savings you get.  A $300 card is currently $210. The card is valid for regular-priced lift tickets, ski or snowboard rentals, gift shop, and the Tyrol Café anytime during the season.

Tyrol Basin is located amidst a maze of steep hills and valleys called the Driftless Region, because this area of Wisconsin was never touched by the succession of glaciers that flattened much of the upper Midwest.  The natural topography provides some steep pitches that offer lots of freestyle terrain and big air opportunities.

The Tyrol Basin open house takes place Sunday, Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a used equipment sale by the ski patrol takes place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
