Stowe is one of those resorts that continues to amaze people year after year. When it doesn't snow most places in Vermont, it snows at Stowe. When most mountains get only a few inches, Stowe gets a foot. And even in one of the worst winters on record, with numerous mountains closing well ahead of schedule, Stowe maintains the highest trail count in Vermont, as they head into their final weekend of operation. But as all good things in life do, the skiable season is coming to an end even at Stowe, scheduled for close of operations on Sunday, April 1, weather permitting.
There may still be a few days of fresh snow ahead, however. The extended weather forecast shows the potential for some snow to fall on the Mt. Mansfield region through Wednesday night, which might give late-season skiers one final taste of winter and, depending on accumulation, allow a brief extension of the season. According to Stowe's website "Any extension of the season (beyond 4/1) will be made no later than Thursday 3/29."
Late Season ticket rates apply through April 1.
Adult: $62
