Montana's University Students Nab Deals Amid Wyoming Woes

Students in universities in Montana still can get their hands on good deals for skiing and snowboarding this winter.

All students must present valid student IDs or proof of registration for the fall term in order to qualify for these discounts. Check with each resort for specific requirements.

MSU students also can get discounts at Moonlight Basin (406-993-6000), where college ski passes are on sale for $495. Those who want to ski Big Sky (406-995-5749) should look at their Frequent Sky Cards, which cost $135. The cards get you $20 off the daily ticket at the window and give you free days of skiing Apr. 5-11.

University of Montana students still can buy season passes for their closest ski area at Montana Snowbowl (406-549-9777) for $354. Passes at Discovery Ski Area (406-563-2184) are on sale for $360.
