Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Launches the Ski Train Package

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Casino and Spa located in Incline, Nev. has announced a special winter deal called the Ski Train Package. The package includes travel to and from Tahoe by train, lodging and lift tickets.

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe has been voted one of the top ski resorts by Condé Nast Traveler magazine for the past six consecutive years, and they are now offering worry-free travel. So, instead of fretting about putting chains on your car in the snow, you can have more time to actually enjoy your ski vacation. 

The Ski Train Package includes a round-trip Amtrak train ticket to Truckee, complimentary hotel and train station transportation and luxurious mountain accommodations. Guests have the option to choose from seven top ski resorts around the lake: Alpine Meadows, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Heavenly Lake Tahoe, Homewood, Northstar California, Mt. Rose and Squaw Valley, and the package includes complimentary door-to-snow ski resort shuttle to and from the resort.

The Ski Train Package rates are $399 throughout the season. The package is available for booking now for travel from Dec. 2, 2011 through April 15, 2012 and includes:

• Luxurious Accommodations
• $100 Amtrak train credit
• Daily breakfast for two
• Two adult lift tickets at any of the seven select ski resorts with each paid night stay 
• Complimentary scheduled door-to-door shuttle service to and from select ski resorts
• 15 percent off spa services at Stillwater Spa
• Hotel and train station transportation

For guests who don’t need Amtrak transportation, Hyatt Regency Lake is also offering Selection of Slopes Ski Package for $299. This package includes:

• Luxurious Accommodations
• Welcome s’mores kit
• Two adult lift tickets at any of the seven select ski resorts with each paid night stay 
• Complimentary scheduled door-to-door shuttle service to and from select ski resorts
• 15 percent off spa services at Stillwater Spa
• Complimentary shuttle service within Incline Village
• Complimentary valet and self-parking
