Pennsylvania has a similar program for 4th/5th graders. Anyone (state residents or not) can download an application and hit the slopes! The SnowPass booklet contains one free "learn to ski" coupon along with 3 free lift tickets at each of the 22 participating resorts. That has the potential to be over 60 days of free skiing, and it doesn't cost parents anything!
