  is this coupon means that you buy 2 tickets for the porice of one or you buy one ticket and and you go to two of the mountains?

  It means you get to go to both Snow Summit AND Big Bear for the price of one lift ticket

  So if I buy one full price lift ticket at Bear this saturday, I can go to snow summit at another time for free?

  No. You buy one full price ticket, and you can take the shuttle bus between Summit and Bear and be free to go back and forth, but just for the one day that you bought the ticket for.
