I'm looking to receive any advice for a snowboard trip to the States? Not 100% sure where to go.

Contemplating Vail, Colorado at the moment....I'm looking at affordable options if that can work in the states. I would also appreciate any feedback on where there's a good night life to be had and where we can meet some hotties.

Cheers.

I don't really specialize in nightlife, but I agree with all the comments so far; going west is definitely great for the biggest mountains and deepest powder. That is all great, but I recommend trying the Northeast. I was raised there, learned there, live there and ski there. The Northeast is great for classic skiing (trails and glades), great views, great atmosphere, and away from the hassle of going out west. All I'm saying is look into it. I recommend Smuggler's Notch Resort because it gets great snow (yes, powder!), has amazing technical downhill terrain, great atmosphere, is one of the most north ski areas in Vermont, one of the biggest (with 3 peaks, including Mt. Mansfield), and is close to Stowe.

I'll second that. Heavenly at Tahoe has great terrain, nightlife and is more affordable than Vail for sure. Utah snow is definately the best and you can find some decent bars but don't expect the type of party you'd get at Heavenly. Park City Resort in Utah is pretty sweet and there is actually a town with some nightlife but the prices rival those of Vail. I would say in your situation Tahoe is probably the best bet.

Vail is fantastic but, not cheap. Salt Lake City is a good place to stage an inexpensive trip and Utah powder is the best anywhere but, although you can have a good time off the hill, nightlife will not top the agenda. Sounds like you might need to go to Lake Tahoe. Great mountains, great partying and, you can find some deals that keep the cost reasonable. Have Fun!
