It's Sunday morning and it's almost snow-showering here in Incline. Diamond Peak is scheduled to close April 12, regardless of how much snow they have, and there's enough base to last that long, but some powder would be nice! At least not rain...please not rain... It's hovering right around 30 something degrees, and the tiny snowflakes keep trying to turn into mist.

I'm more concerned about Boreal, Kirkwood and Squaw, which have the potential to stay open longer if we got some snow. Well, I suppose Squaw and Mammoth are traditionally the best candidates for 4th of July riding, but I happen to have a pass to Boreal, so my fingers are crossed. I doubt it will make it that far, but is it too much to hope for May?? There are rain/snow showers in the forecast for all the resorts here...so pray for snow!! =)
