Economic Downturn Continues to Impact Ski Resort Industry in the West
Denver, CO - New data from a study of 216 property management companies in 15 ski and snowboard destination communities across Colorado, Utah, California, and British Columbia indicates that the current financial crisis is having an increasing impact on the ski and mountain resort industry.
Anyone have any experience lately around them?
I have noticed that some resorts around me have reduced their lift tickets, as well as their operating hours too compared to last year.

Lifts are the same price as they were last year, and their schedule has been the same as well. Must be only in the most effected resort areas I guess.- Was this helpful?
