Short day at Copper. We were in the neighborhood; on our way up to Snowmass and we happened to have Ski Country Gold Passes making it worth it to ski for about 3 hours. We found a little powder here and there. The surface was soft, the coverage pretty good and the trees a little tricky with fallen lumber and stumps to jump.

Tonight as we soaked in the outdoor hot tub at our Snowmass condo it was snowing....Say no more!

OK, I'll say more: 49 inches of new snow in Snowmass in the last week. We got here just in time to pack it down.
