I told you so.

Seriously, I did. I remember it clear as day. You said "time to retire the skis for the season." I said, "don't give up on the season just yet, there's more snow in it I bet." You scoffed.

Man, were you wrong.
Within a week, it snowed the most snow it has ever snowed in Northern Minnesota in the month of March. And I pillaged it all. Your skis? They were in the closet. You blew it.

And guess what? I'm *still* right. 'Cause it just snowed again, another 10", tying the second all-time high snow fall for APRIL. Yeah, it's April. And it snowed...and it's only 7 degrees out. It's PERFECT Midwest skiing weather. Where are your skis? In your closet, still. Where are my skis? On top of my car, ready to rip.

I wasn't ready to give up on the season here in the Midwest, but you were. I won, you lost.

Never doubt a hardcore skier.
