Crystal is ushering in New Year's Eve with three party choices; a theme to cover everyone in the family.  There will be live entertainment and libations in the Vista Lounge for the adults.  A dance party for teens will be taking place in the Crystal Center, and the Wild West Family Round-up will be held in a separate location.  A torchlight parade will go down Cheers as fireworks light up the Mountain at midnight.

The resort will be featuring films of local skiers and snowboarders that were entered in last season's inaugural Teddy Knape Film Festival Jan. 2.  There are some really entertaining entries, and proceeds from tickets sales, the silent auction, and raffle benefit the Northern Michigan Adaptive Skiing program.  Click on the link below for information on how to enter this season's film festival.  First prize for the 2010 film fest is a 1080 HD video camera from JVC.
