Parallax Snowcat Dinners, fine-dining with altitude at Mammoth Mountain, is once again being offered over the year-ending holiday season (Dec. 14-30) and other selected weekends throughout the winter season. Diners get a luxury snowcat ride – canapés included -- to McCoy Station (i.e., the gondola midpoint) and a three-course meal and wine pairings with each course at the Parallax restaurant for $139 per person (kids' menus are $59).
