Mission Ridge, which opened in early December for weekends only, begins running its lifts seven days a week for the season before the holidays. Those looking for discounts on lifts tickets can still purchase Bomber Cards.

The resort plans to launch daily operations starting Dec. 17. Non-peak rates are in effect for lift tickets from then through Christmas Day. Adult tickets cost $50, while tickets for young adults ages 13-17 years old cost $44 and for seniors youths ages 7-12 cost $32. Children six years old and younger can get tickets for $9.

Peak rates go into effect  Dec. 26. Tickets for adults and young adults increase by $4. Tickets for youths and seniors increase by $2, and children's tickets go up $1 more. Peak holiday rates run through Jan. 3. Lift tickets also go up to peak rates on Jan. 18, Feb. 15, and all Saturdays and Sundays in January and February.

The first night ski session starts Dec. 26. Tickets for all ages for night skiing cost $15, valid from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Those looking to save money on lift tickets should check out the non-transferable Bomber Card. The card, which costs $65, gives the cardholder one full day lift ticket free and then discounted lift tickets available for purchase after that. Lift tickets for peak rate days can be purchased for $7 off, and non-peak days are available at $15 off.

The card also allows discounts on adult half-day afternoon tickets, too. You can purchase two or more cards for $52 each. Bomber Cards are available through Feb. 28. Purchase the cards online, by phone, or by mail.
