This first phase consists of three buildings - Clay Brook, luxury slopeside residences; the brand new, greatly expanded Gate House Lodge with a food court, pub and café, a large post and beam dining area and expanded locker and restroom facilities; and Timbers restaurant featuring upscale cuisine and slopeside dining. All three buildings are on schedule to open early to mid-December.
