Arizona Snowbowl introduced its new Peaks Card this fall. The card is designed for skiers or snowboarders who want to visit Snowbowl several days during the season, but not enough to make purchasing a season pass worth the cost.

The new Peaks Card grants discounted skiing or riding for five days this winter. It is valid any day of the season with the exception of Dec. 26 through Jan. 3.

The first day's lift ticket with the card is free. Cardholders can then purchase discounted lift tickets for the four remaining days. Tickets Mondays through Fridays are available at $10 off; weekend and holiday tickets are available at $5 off.

The non-transferable Peaks Card is only available for adults ages 13-64, and the discounts are only valid for adult tickets. Only one ticket may be used per card per day, and only one Peaks Card is available per person per season.

Peaks Cards cost $50. Snowbowl's full day adult lift tickets cost $49, so the Peaks Card is paid off with only two days of skiing or riding. The cards are available for purchase until Dec. 24.

The cards may be purchased online or at the Guest Services office in Hart Prairie Lodge when you visit Snowbowl for the first time. A picture ID is required to purchase the discounted lift tickets with the card.
