Inghams has launched low priced ski holiday deals at three of Bulgaria's leading resorts over New Year and in January.
The company is offering seven nights' half-board accommodation at the three-star Edelweiss Hotel in Borovets from £459.50 per person, based on two sharing. The price includes return flights from London Gatwick departing Dec. 26 2009.
Inghams is offering seven nights' half-board accommodation at two hotels departing Jan. 9, 2010. The first option is the four-star Pamporovo Hotel from £290.50 per person in Pamporovo. The second options is the three-star Banderitsa Hotel from £350.50 per person in the popular Bansko resort.
Until recently Bansko was not one of the best known ski areas in Bulgaria. But heavy investment right across the ski area and the resort have transformed this small medieval town and its ski area in to a year-round, international destination.
Bansko town has a mild climate and yet the snow lasts a long time, often until early May. Recent investment in snowmaking equipment has made the resort even more popular.
For all three holidays the price includes flights from London Gatwick. Flights are also available from other regional airports at a supplement, including Birmingham (+£28), Bristol (+£30), Manchester (+£29) and London Heathrow (+£46).
