Skiers and riders who spend their winters at Eagle Point Resort have until Nov. 5 to take advantage of preseason discounts. The date for getting a deal on a season pass has been extended one week.

A 2011/2012 adult season pass purchased before the deadline costs $369—that's $120 less than the regular season price. Similar deals exist for youngsters, ages 12-17, at $299; children ages 7-11, at $109; college students and active military, at $199; and, seniors 65 years and older at $299.

For those skiers and riders who won’t make it up to the southern Utah resort enough to make a season pass worthwhile, Eagle Point offers a five-ticket package, with no blackout dates, for $199. Tickets are fully transferable to others.

To purchase a ticket, you must fill out an application and either mail it to Eagle Point, P.O. Box 151, Beaver, UT 84713; or fax it to 435-514-7555. To get an application form, click here.

Eagle Point Resort enters its second season following its resurrection in 2010/2011. The new owners purchased the former Elk Meadows resort out of bankruptcy and, in its first season, upgraded facilities, including two renovated on-mountain lodges.
