That's what happened with the last round of storms sweeping across Colorado. Breckenridge and Keystone got as much as two feet overnight. It even caused the local schools to close, which never happens. The powerful storms also resulted in Keystone moving up its opening date to Friday, Nov. 3. Breckenridge will open Nov. 10, Vail on Nov. 17 and Beaver Creek on Nov. 22.
