Adventure Lesson Sessions Offered At Vail-Owned Resorts

The mountains of Vail Resorts are making intermediate and advanced lessons more of a fun experience and adventure. It's a new way for guests to explore the mountain with an expert guide.

Adventure Sessions aren't like a standard, formal ski and ride school lesson. They are more loosely structured. It's a smaller group and members can pick any terrain they want to try, such as bumps, bowls, cruisers, or powder, and still get tips on how to improve their skiing and riding, at a more low-key level. It is geared to more intermediate and expert skiers and riders who want the inside track, or to find out what the locals like on the mountain.

The smaller groups also get to move to the front of lift lines, since they are technically with an instructor from the Ski & Ride School. They'll get to see the secrets of the mountain and find the best powder stashes or tree skiing, while enjoying the best terrain and conditions available. They'll get tips on getting better too.

Adventure Sessions are $129 per person at Vail and Beaver Creek, and $119 per person at Breckenridge, Heavenly, and Keystone Resorts.
