Deals on the mountain are now extending to deals at the restaurants. Vail Resorts is offering two new on-mountain values, good at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone in Colorado. It's also good at Vail Resorts-owned Heavenly in California/Nevada. You can buy a new pre-paid Mountain Meal Card which gives you an additional 10 percent off every $100 purchased. It goes up to 20 percent off for $200 purchased.

A $9.95 daily meal will be available at all on-mountain restaurants. Lunch for Less includes an entrée, side dish, and drink. Lunch for Less may vary each day and from resort to resort. It could include a wrap and soup one day or pasta and salad the next. It's a good way to refuel on the slopes with a variety of menus.

Vail Resorts also is investing in its burger, which is its number one seller on the mountain. The burger will be upgraded to higher-quality ingredients and a signature special sauce. The burger has a fresh, Angus quarter-pound patty. Go one step further and take a bite out of the new Epic Mountain Burger which has the same ingredients, but two quarter-pound patties instead of one.

You can celebrate on your ski vacation at Vail Resorts with a package called Celebrate With Us. It invites guests to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or that special occasion on the mountain.

Keystone is scheduled to open Nov. 6; Breckenridge opens Nov. 12; Heavenly and Vail open Nov. 20; and, Beaver Creek opens Nov. 25.
