Les Gets has upgraded its ski area in preparation for the forthcoming winter, including a new ski slope, more snowpark features, and rechargeable ski passes.

A new blue ski run has been built, making it possible to ski directly back down to the very middle of the resort. Starting from the bottom of the Nauchets chairlift (Rosta/Ranfoilly sector), after passing through the forest, it skirts around the Ecoles lake back down to the village.  This new run is best suited to lower-intermediate skiers.

Work has also been carried out at the Snowpark Les Gets; beginner lines have been built, including more modules of better quality on both the tables and the JIB.

Skiers can now also recharge ski passes on line, and go skiing without having to queue up at the lift-pass office. Precious time can be saved for avid snow fans, especially in peak periods. To use this service you need to buy a hands-free ski-pass, which can be recharged again and again. Hit the slopes just one hour after it is recharged.

Les Gets is part of the Franco-Swiss Portes du Soleil, with its 12 linked ski resorts and 650 kilometres of ski-slopes suitable for all skiing levels.
