Val Senales, one of Italy's three ski areas open in October and early November, has a special low-priced package available for autumn and early winter ski weeks on the glacier.

The area's Fresh Snow Super Offer is valid for week-long stays between Oct. 31 and Dec.19 and includes accommodation and lift tickets at a discounted rate. Guests can choose to stay slopeside or in one of the surrounding villages and commute to the glacier snow.

There's a choice of seven lodging options offering the special Package Slopeside, and these range from the three-star Top Residence Kurz offering a week from €232.50 on a self-catering basis to the three-star Piccolo Hotel Gurschler where a week's half board ranges from €506.50 to €515.00.

Accommodation is also available at the top cable car station in the 130 bed Berghotel at an altitude of 3212m, Europe's highest hotel.

Val Senales is open for skiing almost year-round and offers one of the biggest glacier ski areas in the Alps with up to nine lifts operational in the summer.

The Gentleman's Ski Park, sponsored by NITRO Boards, a highly popular terrain park, is one of the main attractions with a huge range of terrain features to enjoy.  It re-opens with design improvements in mid-October each autumn.
