Loveland has some easy deals if you want to give the mountain a try just a few times this winter. The Loveland 4-Pak and theLoveland Pass Card (a frequent-user card) are on sale. The regular price for the 4-Pak is $119. It's an actual lift ticket that is unrestricted with no blackout dates. You have to buy them online as they are not available at any Loveland ticket window.

Loveland is up and running - among the first in the nation - and is ready for your visit. More runs are opening with every flake that falls. Loveland's snowmaking system is extensive, once again allowing it to be the first resort in the country to open Oct. 7. Loveland typically stays open until May.

Regular season passes are still on sale. Adults pay $349, or $314 if you are renewing for the season. All season passes include three unrestricted days at Monarch Mountain for the 2009/2010 season. You also will get discounts on child care, retail, and restaurants, as well as discounted lift tickets for your friends. Military personnel and their children have a great offer of $99 for a season pass or $59 for military dependents ages 6-14. All pass prices are good through Nov. 22.
