Aspen's New Businesses Are Ready

The newest hot spot in Aspen is the Aspen Comedy Club with acts on Tuesday through Saturday nights. Dinner and drinks are also available. It's at 520 East Cooper. The owners of the Wild Fig are opening a new restaurant called LuLu Wilson, after a woman who lived in the Victorian-era miner's house. The chef is from New York; the restaurant is at 316 E. Hopkins Avenue. On East Main, grab a quick bite at the Grateful Deli. The Aspen Brewery is a full production micro-brewery at 557 North Mill Street. Some of the new stores coming to Aspen include Tomorrow's Laundry, which is another creation of Boogie's. The Little Bird and Theory have high-end women's clothes. Ermenegildo Zegno is a store of Italian brand luxury Men's clothing. Finally, J Crew and Burberry will be opening next year.
