A day behind Arapahoe Basin (but who's counting anyway?) Loveland Ski Area is now officially open with an 18 inch base. The opening now means skiers and boarders can choose daily between A-basin and Loveland while Wolf Creek will be open during the weekend.
Spirits were high as the first chair headed up the mountain. Just a few months after last season, a new season has begun...
