The Stubai glacier in Austria is organising a Snow, Brands And Party event this October which brings together special low price packages. The Moreboards Stubai Opening Package includes accommodation, lift tickets, gear testing, and après-ski parties on the fresh snow lying on the eternal ice of the glacier.

After its successful first season in 2008-9, the glacier's snowpark - 'Moreboards Stubai Zoo' - will re-launch for this autumn and winter with a grand opening Oct. 23-25, 2009.

The snowpark on the Gaisskarferner is open from mid-October to May for snowboarders and freestyle-fans of all skill levels. With the triple kickerline, rails and the new pyrabox. During winter when other parks open the Moreboards Stubai Zoo remains one of the largest parks around Innsbruck, as well as the most guaranteed to open thanks to its glacier location.

The opening event will attract participants to what the area describes as, "a special kind of get together," with snowboarding, cash prizes for the best trick sessions, three-day park opening, fashion shows, and lots of parties.

The special discounted Moreboards Stubai Opening Package includes accommodation in various categories, a 1.5-day ski pass for the Stubai Glacier and free entry to the main party on Saturday with prices from only €99 per person in a double room.
