Meanwhile, foliage season has started to sweep across New England north to south, transforming the landscape from the greens of summer to reds, golds, and yellows of autumn. Skiers and riders interested in a Sunapee season pass can combine a trip to the pass window with foliage viewing. Sunapee is putting on a Pig Roast and Barbecue 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday Oct. 3, prime foliage season, and firing up the Sunapee Express chairlift. The chair will run 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 3, 4, 10-12, and 17-18.
