At Pra Loup, the Primeur Pass allows skiers to hit the pistes all season long for a reduced price. The only condition is you must order early - in fact the earlier, the cheaper.
This is the ski pass to purchase in order to take full advantage of the Pra Loup and Val d'Allos pistes, as long as the link between the two stations is open.
The idea is simple - the later you wait to buy a season pass, the higher the price rises. Passes go on sale from Sept. 30 2009 and skiers will have until Oct. 15 to obtain it for 320€. Afterwards, the Primeur Pass will be available until Nov. 15 for 370€.
From Nov. 16 to Dec. 15, it will cost 390€. On Dec. 16, the Primeur Pass becomes the Skipass Saison pass and the price goes up to 530€. By reserving well in advance, it's possible to save up to 210€.
These prices are valid for both adults and children, but do not include insurance. The resort offers its own insurance policy, indicated on the pass order form. An individual insurance policy is available for 39.50€ whereas a family can be insured for 90€. Coverage lasts the entire season of course.
The passes will then be available for pick up at the reception of la régie de Pra Loup as soon as the resort opens. Passes will under no condition be sent by postal mail.
The resort is scheduled to open from Dec. 12, 2009 to April 25, 2010, depending on snow conditions.
