Sundance Ski Resort steps up to extend your winter fun in a time when other ski areas are cutting back on updates and renovations. Conde Nast Traveler's #9 "Best Place to Ski and Stay" will flip the switch beginning Dec. 21, 2009.

The majority of the resort's front mountain will be open for night skiing each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday throughout the season.

Top Gun, Montoya, Stampede, and Maverick runs will stay open from 4:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. All season passes can be upgraded to include night skiing for $70 and the upgrade allows you to ski during all night skiing hours, whether your pass type includes skiing on those days. For example, a midweek season pass that is not valid on weekends or holidays will be valid on the night portion of weekend or holidays if the Night Skiing Upgrade is purchased.

You also can purchase an adult Night Skiing Only Pass for $150. Nights only lift tickets will be $25, or $30 if you want to ski from 2:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Park City Mountain Resort, Powder Mountain, Brighton, Snowbird, and Wolf Creek also offer night skiing this season.
