Panorama Mountain Village launched their season pass sale, which allows skiers and snowboarders discounted rates until Oct. 12. "The early bird season pass sale, with savings of up to $200 off our regular season pricing, shows that we're serious about play time in the mountains and about providing the very best value," says Panorama's Marke Dickson.

The adult season pass is on sale for $799 CAD. Passes for juniors ages 6-12 cost $269 CAD, and passes for youths ages 13-18 cost $499 CAD.

Panorama also offers season pass options for families. Parents have an option for a Transferable Parent's Pass for $899 CAD instead of two adult passes. The pass is good for both parents-one at a time-to allow for swapping ski time and looking after the kids.

The Family Plan allows passes to be purchased for teens at $269 CAD each. That cuts the youth pass rate by $230.

Panorama season passes come with additional benefits. Passholders receive $25 off the window lift ticket rate at many Intrawest sister resorts, 10 percent off the best price at Can-Ski and Showcase Snowboards, 15 free hot chocolates at the Great Hall, discounted ski tuning at Lusti's Mountain Outfitters, and more than $100 off a three-descent rk heliski adventure.

Passes may be purchased online, in person, or by phone. Rates increase Oct. 13.
