Tour operator Esprit Ski is tackling the current economic crisis by launching an entire Crunch Buster product range for families looking for cheap ski holidays.
Deals include more than 20 different discounts ranging from free children's ski equipment hire and thousands of free child holidays, to £50 or £75 off adult holiday prices and a free Monday Kick-Start Session for parents with local ski instructors. The offers combine to create savings of up to £1500 for a family of four, compared to the same holiday in 2008/09.
"We have always had new ideas and initiatives in our brochures every year", commented Esprit Ski Managing Director, Andy Perrin, "but the ski market has never seen anything like this before, with the sheer breadth and depth of our new Crunch-Buster deals for the coming season."
Esprit Ski's range of child care services for children from four months to 12 years continues in its 15 selected resorts across France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy, and there are two new chalets this year in Tignes and Les Gets. Also new is the inclusion of short breaks to visit the ‘real' Santa Claus in Lapland in December 2009, with adult prices from £659 and free child places available.
Ski holiday prices start from £429 per adult for Dec. 13 departures, with £50 off per adult for early bookings. One child aged between two and four travels free and a second aged five to 10 receives a 40-percent discount. This means a family of four can pay as little as £1015, including return Stansted-Geneva flights; transfers and seven nights' chalet accommodation; daily breakfast; afternoon tea; children's high tea; and four-course adult evening meals with wine, coffee and chocolates included.
