Discounts of $100 for Individual and Buddy passes at Shawnee Mountain in Pennsylvania end Sept. 20. Individual passes run $369 compared to the regular price of $469. Buddy passes cost $269 compared to $369. A minimum of two passes must be purchased. There is no early bird discount on night-only passes which sell for $199. 

If you miss the deadline you get a second chance at a lesser discount if the pass is purchased after Sept. 20 and by Nov. 20. Then Individual passes cost $300 and Buddy passes are $299. 

A series of "Special Days" are discounted this season with the rate of $32. That's an $11 savings compared to last year's mid-week offering of $43. Holidays are excluded. Men pay $32 on Monday. Ladies Day is Tuesday. Wednesday is Business Persons Day; present a business card for the discount. Thursday is Civil Service Day when government employees, military personnel, firefighters, police and teachers get the $32 deal with a valid ID. Friday is College Day and a valid college ID is required. 

Shawnee makes it easy to select. All passes and special deals, including group discounts, are posted in the on-line store set up like a merchandising shopping cart.
