West

Rain and mountain snow from Washington state to Southern California for Friday, with the snow level at about 5000 feet. Snow spreads further east through the weekend, bringing another powder dump to the Rockies. Temps stay on the cool side, with highs from the mid 30's to the mid 60's.  

 

Northeast

Rain is in the forecast for most of the region on Friday, with clearing heading into Saturday. Things stay clear on Sunday as well, but look for temps to cool down. Highs in the mid 40's to mid 50's.

 

Midwest

Heavy rains are possible on Friday from the plains state through the Ohio Valley. Travel on I-70 could become an issue, as two to three inches of rain is possible. Things clear out on Saturday, but the rain returns again on Sunday. Areas further south could see severe weather.
