The new wind turbine Zephyr should be up and helping to make snow and power most of Jiminy's winter electrical needs by the time you think to get your gear into the shop for preseason tuneups. The 1.5 megawatt white giant you see above the mountain is powering, naturally, the snowmaking gear at Massachusetts' Jiminy Peak, one of the most distinguished ski resorts in New England. That's cool and all, but you'll want to know what's fresh for your stay at JP. How about newly renovated, and very spacious, lodging accommodations holding up to three bedrooms? Works for me. Maybe one of the rooms will have a view of that new spinning giant.
