It's a week to give thanks. Snowshoe resort reported snow accumulations totaling approximately six inches since Friday. Although more snow isn't in the immediate forecast, the natural snow, combined with what the resort is making totals between six and 20 inches. The resort is planning to open Nov. 21. So head out on opening day and look for the skiing Turkey who will make his annual turns down the mountain on opening day.
